Payment Policy

How payments, quotes, invoices, digital features, repairs, store orders, and refunds are handled.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Physical Products And Services

Drone sales, accessories, repairs, rentals, local training, media work, quotes, invoices, deposits, pickup terms, warranty terms, and refunds may be handled directly by DroneEverything according to the terms shown on the quote, invoice, receipt, or service agreement.

Digital App Features

If DroneEverything offers paid digital content, subscriptions, digital credits, or app-only features inside an Apple or Google mobile app, those purchases must use the applicable app-store billing system unless an approved policy exception applies.

Examples include paid quiz packs, digital drone cosmetics, subscriptions, league boosts, app-only credits, or other digital unlocks consumed inside the app. Those should not route mobile users to external payment pages unless store policy specifically allows that flow.

Physical Goods And Real-World Services

Real-world drone products, repairs, rentals, in-person training, media services, pickup, delivery, deposits, and invoices may be quoted or paid directly when the payment is for physical goods or services outside the app experience.

No Pay-To-Skip Training

Purchases do not bypass Part 107 sections, final exams, ranked League requirements, anti-cheat review, account verification, or safety rules.

Refunds And Support

For direct DroneEverything payments, contact support@droneeverything.net. For app-store purchases, refund handling may be managed by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Store Release Requirement

Before submitting native iPhone or Android builds, DroneEverything should classify every paid item as physical/service or digital/app-consumed, then wire digital app-consumed purchases through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing where required.
