Information We Collect

We collect account information including name, email address, username, profile information, profile photos, banner photos, social links, user preferences, and account settings.

We collect business-service information when you request repairs, rentals, training, media services, products, quotes, invoices, messages, uploads, support, or other DroneEverything services.

We collect and store location information provided by users, including ZIP or postal codes, home-point locations, weather locations, and latitude/longitude coordinates used for weather, airspace, mapping, aviation, and Mission Control features.

We collect and store security and device information used to protect accounts and services, including device identifiers, session information, browser and device characteristics, user-agent information, IP-derived security information, login activity, and security events.

Learning, League, And Training Data

DroneEverything stores training progress, Part 107 study activity, test attempts, question responses, scores, rankings, achievements, League participation, match results, performance statistics, knowledge ratings, section performance, and other educational or competitive activity required to provide training and League functionality.

User Content And Communications

DroneEverything stores content submitted by users including profile information, biographies, uploaded photos, uploaded files, support requests, repair communications, media-project communications, service inquiries, customer messages, social links, and other content submitted through DroneEverything features.

Purchases And Payments

DroneEverything stores purchase records, invoices, payment status information, transaction history, and payment-method information associated with repairs, rentals, training, media projects, store purchases, and other services.

DroneEverything does not store full payment-card numbers, CVV codes, bank-account login credentials, or similar payment credentials when payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

How We Use Information

• To operate Mission Control, Part 107 Prep, League, My Drone, Store, repairs, rentals, training, media services, support, and account features.
• To provide location-based weather, airspace, aviation, mapping, and home-point features requested by users.
• To protect accounts, prevent password sharing, reduce cheating, investigate abuse, detect suspicious activity, and keep match results fair.
• To send account verification, password reset, service, purchase, safety, billing, and support messages.
• To maintain reliability, performance, mobile compatibility, security, and customer support.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only with service providers required to operate DroneEverything, including hosting providers, file-storage providers, email-delivery providers, payment processors, commerce providers, aviation or weather data providers, and service partners necessary to fulfill a user-requested service or legal obligation.

Tracking And Advertising

DroneEverything does not use third-party advertising networks for behavioral advertising and does not use collected information to track users across third-party apps, websites, or services for advertising purposes.

App Store Data Disclosures

DroneEverything app-store privacy disclosures may include contact information, account identifiers, device identifiers, precise and coarse location, user-generated profile and media content, customer support communications, purchase and payment-method information, training and League activity, gameplay activity, product interaction, and security-related technical information where required by the applicable app store.

Native app builds may request permissions such as photos, files, notifications, or location only when required for a feature the user chooses to use. Permission requests must explain their purpose before access is requested.

Retention And Deletion

We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for account operation, training history, League activity, service records, security review, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and backups.

Users can request or perform account deletion through the Account Deletion page. Certain invoices, transaction records, payment-status records, repair records, purchase history, support records, security logs, audit records, fraud-prevention records, or other legally required records may be retained when necessary for legal, accounting, tax, security, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security

Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. Session cookies are HTTP-only. Administrators do not have access to users' plain-text passwords. Security systems may use login, session, device, IP-derived, user-agent, and activity signals to detect unauthorized access, account sharing, abuse, or suspicious activity.

Your Choices

You can edit profile details, privacy visibility, social links, photos, location preferences, and other account settings from your profile. You can request account deletion from the Account Deletion page or contact support for privacy-related questions.

Children

Mission Control is intended for users old enough to manage drone training, services, purchases, and app accounts. Users under the age required by applicable law should use the app only with parent or guardian permission.
